ABOUT US
Central Construction Group, LLC, is a general contracting and construction management company based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We specialize in large multifamily projects, hotel new-build and renovations, retail/restaurant, extensive historical renovations, and other commercially oriented projects.
CCG is engaged early in the project timeline, under a negotiated project delivery model, that controls the design parameters to reduce costs. By listening to our clients’ needs and working alongside them the entire process, we can value engineer an idea into a reality building on time and under budget.
The company has grown from a demand to provide developers and small business owners with quality projects that are financially viable. We are committed to providing big expertise and service, while remaining small enough that our leadership team stays connected with clients throughout the entire project.
Jonathan Shively
PRESIDENT
Jonathan Shively was born and raised in Little Rock with extensive experience in finance and capital development.
Prior to founding CCG in 2011, Shively was a Managing Director in Institutional Equity Sales at Stephens Inc., a financial services firm, where he worked for twenty years. Shively was head of the sales teams for both Europe and the Southwest United States. He is a FINRA Registered Representative (Series 7 & 63) and a Registered Investment Advisor (Series 65). A Central High graduate and lifetime resident of Little Rock, Shively received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
In addition to his business, Shively is passionate about Our House, Central Arkansas's shelter for the working homeless population, He and his wife, Valerie have two children.
